These Terms govern your use of Listingo VIP (the "Service"), operated from Oran, Algeria. By using the website, the Android app, or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Listingo VIP is a business directory covering compiled company records across Algeria, Qatar, UAE and Canada, curated GCC investor contacts, and local Algeria business listings, alongside community-submitted listings reviewed before publication. We also sell filtered data exports and advertising placements, and offer optional paid memberships (VIP / Elite) through the Android app.

2. Data Products & Licensing — please read carefully

This section applies to anyone purchasing a Single Country, Single Industry, Single Region, or Full Database export.

Source and accuracy. Directory data is compiled from public business registries, publicly available professional/company information, and similar sources at a point in time. We do not independently verify every record, and businesses open, close, move, or change contact details continuously. Data is provided "as is," without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Permitted use. When you purchase a data export, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that data for your own internal business purposes — for example, sales outreach, market research, or building your own contact lists.
Not permitted. Unless you have our separate written permission, you may not: resell, sublicense, or redistribute the raw exported data (or any substantial portion of it) to a third party as a standalone product; use the data to build a competing directory or data product; or misrepresent the data as your own original research.
No guarantee of results. We make no representation about response rates, deliverability, or business outcomes from using the data — you are responsible for complying with applicable marketing, spam, and data-protection laws (for example, obtaining any consents required before contacting individuals or businesses in your jurisdiction) when you use it.
Updates. Exports reflect a snapshot at the time of purchase. We do not provide ongoing updates unless separately agreed in writing.

3. Advertising Placements

When you purchase a banner placement, you are responsible for supplying advertising material that is lawful, accurate, and does not infringe any third party's rights. We may decline or remove any advertisement at our discretion, including after purchase, if it violates these Terms or applicable law — in that case we will address it under our Refund Policy. We do not guarantee a specific number of views, clicks, or resulting business.

4. Community Submissions

If you submit a business listing, you confirm the information is accurate and that you're authorized to submit it. We review submissions before publishing and may edit, decline, or remove any listing at our discretion, including after publication.

5. Accounts

Signing in (via Google or Facebook) is required to save listings or submit a business. You're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Payments

One-time purchases (data exports, advertising) are processed by Paddle, acting as the merchant of record for those transactions. VIP / Elite subscriptions are billed and managed through Google Play under Google's own terms. We don't store your payment card details.

7. Intellectual Property

The Listingo VIP name, logo, and website design are our property. Compiled directory data is licensed to you as described in Section 2, not sold outright or assigned to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listingo VIP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or reliance on directory data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Algeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
