This Privacy Policy explains what information Listingo VIP collects and how it's used, across the website and the Android app.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information. If you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from that provider.
- Business submissions. If you submit a business listing, we store the details you provide (business name, industry, location, contact info, description) along with your account email.
- Usage data. We use Firebase Analytics and, in the Android app, AdMob, to collect standard usage and device information (pages viewed, app opens, general device/browser type, approximate region) to understand how the Service is used.
- Advertising data. The website may show ads via Google AdSense, and the Android app via Google AdMob. These services may use cookies or device identifiers to serve and measure ads, under Google's own privacy practices.
- Purchases. Data exports and advertising placements are billed through Paddle, and app subscriptions through Google Play — payment card details are handled by those providers directly; we don't receive or store full card numbers.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide and maintain the Service, including saved listings and business submissions
- To review and moderate community-submitted listings
- To respond to inquiries sent to our contact address
- To understand usage patterns and improve the Service
- To process purchases and subscriptions
3. Third-Party Services
We rely on: Google Firebase (authentication, database, analytics), Google AdSense and AdMob (advertising), Paddle (payment processing for one-time purchases), and Google Play (subscription billing). Each operates under its own privacy policy in addition to this one.
4. Cookies
The website uses cookies and similar technologies for authentication, analytics, and advertising, as described above. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly if you disable them.
5. Data Retention
We retain account and submission data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and as required by applicable law.

The Service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
