Data Deletion Instructions
You can request deletion of your Listingo.vip account and all associated personal data at any time, whether you signed up with email, Google, or Facebook.
Option 1 — In the app
- Open Listingo.vip and go to Profile
- Tap Contact Support
- Email us at support@listingo.vip with the subject "Delete my account"
Option 2 — Email us directly
Send a request to support@listingo.vip from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete my account". Include your account email so we can locate it.
What gets deleted
- Your account (name, email, authentication record)
- Your saved contacts and favorites
- Your referral relationship data
What may be retained
- Business listings you submitted may remain in the directory if they've already been approved and published, since they represent public business information rather than personal data about you — contact us if you'd like a specific listing removed as well
- Records we're legally required to keep (e.g. for fraud prevention or legal compliance)
Timeline
We process deletion requests within 30 days of verifying your identity as the account owner.
